Sure, they were great about a year ago, but every time I come here, there is a degradation of service. And this isn't the first time I've had issues. Well, needless to say, I will be putting this hotel on our company "black balled" list as soon as I get home. OK.but do I still get my free breakfast coupons? Nope. Then they billed my credit card $150 more than my confirmation price, stating that because I used a third party (delta), the discount rate would not be allowed and I had to pay full price. After 30 minutes, they magically found it. However, this time, when I arrived, they couldn't locate my reservation. I booked my reservation on and used a discount rate, which gave me a confirmation and price, as I always do. I have always stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Ronald Reagan, however, that is going to change as this is the last straw.
